For your convenience bins are located in the bin store at the front of the block,and at the rear. Here you can place any items for recycling in the red bins and food waste in the blue topped bins, any other waste should be placed in the grey bins. Please use this link to see what can be recycled.

Red recycling bins are also located at the rear of the block.
All waste need to be placed inside the bins,The local authority will not remove our waste if the recycling is contaminated with non recyclable materials, nor will they remove the waste if the lid of the bin does not close.
The owners and residents are bound by the lease agreement with the property owners. This lease enforces a policy of no disturbing noises being made after 11pm and before 7am.

Parking is limited in the block; to make it simple only residents may park inside the block grounds. Please keep the reversing area clear for those residents who need to urn around before exiting. Visitors will find plenty of street parking on the roads nearby.
